Your Host

Erika is a certified life coach who understands the quiet overwhelm of modern life.

After living with anxiety and panic attacks for over a decade, her turning point came on a cold winter afternoon โ€” when she experienced seven panic attacks back-to-back while pregnant with her second child.

That moment became a wake-up call. Erika began applying the healing modalities she had studied โ€” and slowly, powerfully, she found her way back to calm, connection and clarity.

The tools youโ€™ll experience in these workshops are the very same practices Erika used to release stuck emotions, rewire limiting beliefs, and regulate her nervous system โ€” to live a life free from anxiety and fear.

Today, sheโ€™s a mother of three, guiding others on their own path toward freedom, calm, and emotional resilience.
