A soft, supportive 90-minute experience including:

No experience needed, simply arrive as you are. Quiet presence is welcome, no pressure to speak or share.

Your Host
Erika is a certified life coach and mum of three who deeply understands anxiety, emotional overload, and the weight of carrying too much for too long.
After years of panic attacks, including seven in one afternoon while pregnant, she turned to the practices she now teaches: emotional release, grounding, EFT, inner child healing, intuitive reconnecting, and deep rest.
These sessions bring together the exact tools she used to regulate her nervous system, rebuild calm, clarity and inner safety.

What to bring?
Yoga Mat

Please bring your own yoga mat, and feel free to bring blankets or cushions if you’d like extra comfort.
Water and Hot Drink

Please bring some water and, if you fancy, your favourite hot drink, herbal tea, or anything else that brings you comfort.
Journal and Pen

You’re also welcome to bring a journal if you’d like to jot down any reflections or insights.
